When should I reach out?
Ideally 2–4 months in advance, and earlier for peak seasons or complex itineraries. That said, we’re always happy to help when timing allows.

For more complex journeys requiring detailed itinerary design and coordination across multiple destinations, a planning fee may apply. Planning details are always discussed during the initial consultation.
